Jamarcus Godwin, MHRM, currently serves as the Regional Property Manager at Peak Management LLC since June 2023, having previously held the position of Community Manager. Before joining Peak Management, Jamarcus worked as a Community Manager at BH Management Services from March 2021 to May 2023. Jamarcus also gained experience as an Operations Specialist and Area Manager at B.HOM Student Living from April 2019 to March 2021. Jamarcus holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (2010-2014) and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University (2015-2017).
