Ashley Sheets is a Registered Nurse with a diverse background in healthcare, currently serving at PEAK ENT Associates LLC since March 2022. Previously, Ashley worked as an RN and IVF Coordinator at Utah Fertility Center from February 2021 to March 2022 and held nursing roles at Horizon Home Health from July 2019 to June 2021. Additionally, Ashley gained experience as a Capstone RN Student in the Emergency Department at Jordan Valley Medical Center in early 2020 and worked as a Medical Assistant at Spinal Interventions LTD from May 2015 to April 2019. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Science from Snow College.
