Sergio Huerga is an accomplished leader in manufacturing and operational excellence, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of PEAK since 2015, where expertise is applied in developing supply chain capabilities for growth and performance improvements. Sergio's extensive experience includes serving as VP of Advanced Manufacturing, Quality & Safety at Swagelok, where transformation of the organization enabled a $100M/year capital portfolio. Prior roles include Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Custom Ink, where leadership focused on delivering operational performance across multiple sites, and VP of Operations for Hair Care at L'Oréal North America, overseeing the production of 250 million units per year. Additional significant positions include leadership roles at Kraft Heinz and Procter & Gamble, characterized by a strong track record in operational turnaround and efficiency enhancements. Sergio holds an M.B.E from MIT Sloan School of Management and degrees in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
