Patrick Starley is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a focus on the energy and real estate sectors. As a Member of the Board of Directors at Peak 10 Energy since May 2023 and Managing Partner at Legacy Star Capital Partners since May 2016, Patrick co-founded Legacy Star to target private debt and equity opportunities across various industries, including energy and technology. Co-founding Buffington Homebuilding Group, Patrick contributed to the firm from July 2007 to July 2021, and served as CEO and Managing Partner of Cielo Private Equity Funds from January 2013 to April 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Buffington Capital Holdings, where the firm achieved over $1.2 billion in fully developed assets in Central Texas. Patrick earned a BA in Business Economics and Government from The University of Texas at Austin between 1996 and 2001.
