Carmen Pimienta Ingelmo currently serves as the Director of Technical Writing at OneTrust since February 2024, following a successful tenure as Manager and Team Lead of Technical Writing at Copado from October 2018 to February 2024. In addition to this, Carmen has volunteered as a Translation Coordinator with Peace Brigades International since July 2014, managing volunteer translators for timely project completion. Carmen’s freelance translation work began in September 2012, specializing in legal, economic, and general texts in English, French, and Spanish. Previous roles include content moderation and product support at Crimson Hexagon, as well as digital customer service at Lebara. Carmen holds degrees in English Philology from the Universidad de Salamanca and specialized master's degrees in translation from Estudio Sampere and Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Fluent in multiple languages and skilled in technical writing, Carmen combines a strong academic background with diverse professional experience in translation and content management.
