Melisa Chester, BA Hons. FCCA, has over seven years of post-qualification experience in finance, currently serving as the Group Development Finance Manager at Peabody since January 2018, where responsibilities include managing a team of six and overseeing the financial operations of the Development and Regeneration directorate. Prior roles include Capital Accounting Manager at Family Mosaic and Finance Business Partner at Newlon Housing Trust, focusing on financial forecasting, analysis, and reconciliations. Melisa began their career in finance as an Accounts Assistant and progressed through various roles, demonstrating expertise in financial management and reporting. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich.
