Tina Gongas has extensive experience in law enforcement communication and loss prevention. Since February 2015, Tina has served as a Police Dispatcher at the Peabody Police Department, previously holding a similar position at the Essex County Sheriff's Department from January 2016 to September 2018. Prior to these roles, Tina worked in various loss prevention positions, including Loss Prevention Manager at Kmart Corporation and Loss Prevention Detective at The TJX Companies, Inc. Tina's career in customer service began at Shaw's Supermarkets, and education includes current studies at Salem State University and prior attendance at Fitchburg State University.
