Terje Õitspuu has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Terje began their career at Horret Kaubanduse OÜ in 1996, where they worked as a Butikschef until 2000. From there, they joined PPD Carlsén AB as a Personalansvarig and säljare, holding the position from 2005 to 2011. Terje then transitioned to Coop Sverige, where they held various roles including Kundtjänst medarbetare from 2011 to 2012, Ekonomiassistent from 2012 to 2016, and Jourhavande Butikschef from 2013 to 2019. In 2017, Terje joined 1Office Group as a Trainee, junior accountant. Currently, they are working at PE Accounting, where they have held positions such as Trainee, Junior Accountant from February to May 2018, Junior Accountant from June 2018 to October 2019, and currently serves as Senior Accountant.

Terje Õitspuu has a diverse educational background in the field of economics. From 2016 to 2018, they attended the Frans Schartaus Business Institute, where they obtained a degree in Redovisningskonsult. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, Terje attended Jensen Education, where they focused on economics but did not receive a specific degree. Terje's earliest educational experience dates back to their time at Türi Ekonomiska gymnasium in Estonia, where they studied from 1985 to 1996, again with a focus on economics.
