Hugo Jonsson has a diverse work experience. Hugo started their career as a Youth Facilitator at Polarna NACKA in 2016, where they communicated with kids at leisure centers during nights and weekends, ensuring their safety and providing support. In the same year, they also worked as a Teamleader in sales and field marketing at Pepperminds Nordic, where they were responsible for coaching and training other sales representatives. In 2018, they joined Teleperformance as a Customer Service Agent and subsequently worked as an Account Manager at Tradera. Hugo then transitioned to Telia in 2018, initially as a Retail Salesperson and later as a Junior Accountant at PE Accounting in 2022.

Hugo Jonsson's education history includes attending Thoren Business School Stockholm from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on the field of Economics. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Södertörn University from 2019 to 2022.
