Ashwin Vijayan AMIMechE is a seasoned System Integration Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, bringing extensive experience in testing and validation across various powertrain architectures, including IC, PHEV, MHEV, and BEV. With a focus on integrated test plans and issues resolution, Ashwin has held several engineering roles, managing powertrain electrification and product development, as well as system testing on vehicles. Prior to Jaguar Land Rover, Ashwin served as a Process Engineering Supervisor at QTRS, overseeing compliance and process improvement in heavy machinery testing. Additional experience includes electrical engineering roles at Al-Zayani Trading Company and Suzuki Kuwait, as well as a technical advisory position at Ford Motor Company. Ashwin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Staffordshire and relevant certifications in occupational safety and health.
