Tara Boyd is a customer service professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Customer Service Analyst at both PDS Paragon Development Systems and Converge Technology Solutions Corp. since January 2019, while also working as a Customer Service Representative at Medical Transportation Management since March 2016. Prior to these roles, Tara spent over three decades at Kraft Foods Madison, where responsibilities included serving as a Transportation Specialist until retirement in October 2015. Tara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Edgewood College, with studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration and Management, and General/Organizational Psychology, completed between 1992 and 2000.
