Mustafa Ali is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in deployment and technical support. Currently serving as Program Lead for Managed Deployment Services at PDS, a Converge Company since August 2021, Mustafa provides leadership and mentorship to the support staff while ensuring effective client interactions. Previous roles include Support Engineer II, where responsibilities involved training and coordinating technical teams, and Deployment Technician and Desktop Support Technician at Fairview Health Services and Children's Minnesota, focusing on hardware/software installation and troubleshooting. Mustafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Network Engineering from Saint Paul College.
