Steve Fitzgerald has over 40 years of experience in the HCM software development business. Steve began their career at PDS, Inc. in 1984, where they served as the Vice President of Software Development until 1999. Steve then joined SoftMed Systems, Inc. as the Vice President of Engineering, specializing in healthcare software. After leaving SoftMed, they worked at Razorsight as the Senior Vice President of Engineering, leading the development of SaaS/on-demand business intelligence for the Telecommunications industry. Steve then served as the Chief Technology Officer at Echo360, Inc. before joining Motionsoft as the Executive Vice President of Engineering. Most recently, Steve has returned to PDS, Inc. as the Executive Vice President, contributing to the development of their integrated software applications.
