Adina Reed, PHR has extensive experience in human resources management. Adina started their career as a Legal Assistant at Whitaker Chalk Swindle & Schwartz PLLC, where they assessed and inventoried property for probate and produced legal documents for estate planning. In 2015, they transitioned to MAR Solutions, LLC as a Human Resource/Office Manager, overseeing personnel policies, talent acquisition, payroll, and daily office operations. Adina then joined Crystal Clear Concepts as a Human Resources Manager, where they maintained payroll and benefits, ensured compliance with laws and standards, and motivated employees through various initiatives. In 2018, Adina became a Human Resources Business Partner at Mouser Electronics, providing customer service, addressing employee relations concerns, and assisting managers with effective employee management. Adina later served as a Human Resources Manager at Johnson County Special Utility District, overseeing legal compliance, HR actions, and conflict resolution. Most recently, Adina has held Human Resource Manager roles at ADASTAFF, Inc. and PDQ Staffing, Inc., where they have overseen the hiring process, reviewed resumes, and partnered with senior leadership to establish HR policies and procedures.

Adina Reed, PHR, has a diverse education history that spans both undergraduate and graduate studies. Adina obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Management and Operations, from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Adina further pursued their education and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from LSU Shreveport. Adina is expected to complete their MBA program in 2023.

Prior to their tertiary education, Adina received their high school education and obtained a Diploma in General Studies from Joshua High School.

In addition to their formal education, Adina has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Adina obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in June 2019, which showcases their expertise in the field of Human Resources. Adina also completed a certification in CompTIA Project+ in December 2014. Furthermore, they acquired knowledge in Pay Strategy through a certification from LinkedIn in November 2022. Additionally, Adina has attended a seminar on Payroll Law offered by Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack.
