Carol Kulencavich is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in managing tax departments and client services. Since November 2012, Carol has served as a Partner at PDM, LLP, where responsibilities include overseeing the tax department and enhancing operational processes. Prior to this role, Carol was a Tax Principal at Brigante Cameron Watters & Strong LLP from September 1992 to November 2012, focusing on client services and tax procedures while also contributing to IT planning. Carol's earlier positions include Director of Taxes at MGM and Tax Supervisor at Green Hasson and Janks. Academically, Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Tax from Golden Gate University.
