Ruth Owen is an experienced engineer currently employed at PDL Group since September 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Duty Manager at St Chad's College Bar, where responsibilities encompassed incident management and team direction. Ruth has also held the position of President, overseeing a bar organization with an annual turnover exceeding £120,000, and managed a team of over 100 volunteers. As Secretary on the Bar Committee, Ruth was instrumental in stock management and decision-making. Additional roles include Treasurer for the Cider Society at Durham Students' Union, successfully managing budgets and organizing events, as well as serving as Lead Cadet for St John Ambulance, representing cadet interests and coordinating training. Ruth Owen earned a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Durham University (2015-2019) and completed secondary education at Altrincham Grammar School for Girls (2008-2015).
