Natasha Karpova has a strong professional background in the technology and software industry. Natasha started their career as a Senior Manager at Radiant Systems in 1997 and held that position until 2013. Following that, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at NCR Retail & Hospitality from 2013 to 2018. Natasha then moved on to become the Global Accounts Director at NCR Corporation in 2018 before transitioning to Vice President, Global Accounts at PDI Software in 2022. Throughout their career, they have held progressively challenging roles and has extensive experience in sales and account management.

Natasha Karpova completed their Associate's Degree in Linguistics at Saint Petersburg State University from 1990 to 1992. Natasha then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Montevallo from 1992 to 1996. Following that, Natasha achieved a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of South Carolina from 1996 to 1998.
