Manoj Kapuganti has worked in various roles within the tech industry. Manoj started as a Software Engineer in QA at ValueLabs in 2011, before moving to NCR Corporation in 2013 as a Test Automation Engineer. Throughout their time at NCR, they progressed from Senior Quality Analyst to Automation Lead. In 2020, they joined PDI Technologies as a Performance & Test Automation Engineer before transitioning to Software Architect I and eventually becoming a Team Lead in DevOps in 2023.

Manoj Kapuganti completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JB Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2006 to 2010. Manoj also obtained additional certifications such as AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist in 2014 and ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2011.
