Idrissa SOW is currently the Directeur at BIS-ma, a position held since January 2000, where responsibilities include promoting universities in Mali and Senegal. Previously, Idrissa served as PDG at pdg. Idrissa SOW earned an engineering degree in IT with a focus on project management in information technologies from UA-M Universities between 2016 and 2020.
