Valter Carvalho is an experienced professional in the areas of M&A, financial consulting, and compliance. Currently serving as an associated consultant at ICB Consulting since May 2024, Valter is also a licensed consultant at MGT CONNECT and has co-founded Allianza Brasil, taking on the role of CFO. As CEO of Control V Gestão Empresarial Ltda since August 2015, Valter oversees administrative, financial, and tax consulting. Additional roles include licensing with Best In Class Group and serving on the Fiscal Council of PDG Incorporadora e Construtora. Valter has also been a professor for MBA programs at Live University and previously at Faculdade São Bernardo, imparting finance management knowledge. Valter's educational background includes an MBA in Finance Management and a Master in Business Administration.
