Renato Barboza is a seasoned professional in investor relations and finance, currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations, Strategy, and Controllership at PDG Realty since December 2012. In this role, Renato leads strategic planning and controllership while also being a key member of the Executive, Financial, and ESG Committees. Previously, Renato held the position of Investor Relations and Institutional Communication Manager at PDG Realty, where responsibilities included managing corporate communication and financial analyses in collaboration with the CEO and CFO. Renato's prior experience includes roles at Itaú Unibanco as an Investor Relations Specialist and at Porto Seguro as a Senior Analyst and Risk Analyst, with a strong background in financial reporting and stakeholder engagement. Renato holds two MBA degrees in Investor Relations and Finance from the Universidade de São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FECAP.
