Sidney Tan has a diverse work experience in various companies. In 2017, they worked as a Business Development Intern at Indra for two months. Sidney then joined L'Oréal in 2018 as a Digital Marketing Intern for three months. In 2019, Sidney became a Management Trainee (Digital Transformation) at AXA Philippines, where they worked for almost two years until 2021. Afterward, they joined Emma – The Sleep Company in 2021 as an Influencer Marketing Manager for a year. Currently, Sidney works as a Partnerships Associate at PDAX | Philippine Digital Asset Exchange starting in 2022.
Sidney Tan attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Economics with a minor in Literature. In addition to their formal education, Sidney has also obtained several certifications related to digital marketing. In April 2019, they earned a Digital Sales Certification from Google. They further enhanced their expertise in digital marketing with certifications such as "Become a Digital Marketer," "Building an Integrated Online Marketing Plan," "Content Marketing Foundations," "Google Analytics Essential Training," "Growth Hacking Foundations," "Lead Generation Foundations," "Online Marketing Foundations," and "SEO Foundations," all obtained from LinkedIn in March 2020. Sidney also acquired the Google Ads Fundamentals certification from Google in November 2018 and the Google Ads Video Certification from Goog in June 2020.
