Michael Thumm, CPA, CA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Gold Bar Spirits Company since October 2017 and is also a Contract CFO at effective CFO Inc. since January 2015. Additionally, Michael has provided advisory services for pcsso and Incogna since April 2015. Previous roles include VP of Licensing at Pachira IP Inc. from January 2011 to December 2019, Interim CFO at InventionShare from November 2015 to October 2019, and CFO at RBR Ltd. from May 2015 to October 2018. Michael has extensive experience as a CFO, including a role at Chipworks Inc. from December 1997 to January 2011, and held various finance leadership positions earlier in the career, including Audit and Assurance Partner at Arthur Andersen. Michael holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Co-Op Accounting from Goodman School of Business at Brock University.
