Andrew R. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network operations and technology management. Currently serving as a Senior Network Operations Center Engineer at PCS, Inc. since August 2020, Andrew previously held the position of IT Manager at Massey Group, overseeing the IT needs of four companies and managing VMWare infrastructure. As District Technology Coordinator for Maryville City Schools from February 2008 to March 2017, Andrew was responsible for the district's technology operations and infrastructure upgrades. Earlier roles include Network Engineer at Personal Computer Systems and Information System Administrator at Impact Ministries International, highlighting expertise in network maintenance and web development. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Tennessee Tech University.
