Huiyao (Yoyo) Huang is a Project Engineer at PCS Structural Solutions since November 2020, previously holding the same title at Ray Liu Associates, Corp. from March 2017 to November 2020. In August 2016, Huiyao worked as a Structural Engineer Intern at Guangdong Huajian Architectural Design Co., Ltd., assisting senior structural engineers on office building and blockhouse design projects. Huiyao holds a Master of Science in Structural/Earthquake Engineering from UCLA, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UCLA, earned in 2016. Prior education includes studies at Santa Monica College from 2012 to 2014.
