Alan Shaw joined PCS Software in 2021 as Chief Customer Officer, with responsibility for implementations, support, and customer success, as well as PCS’s internal project management office and business operations.
Alan brings 20 years of experience in software and services helping customers to deploy, adapt, and realize value from technology investments. Most recently, he worked for BMC Software in leadership roles spanning Operations, Customer Experience, and Corporate Initiatives. Prior to joining BMC, Alan was a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Strategy practice, supporting clients on marketing, pricing, supply chain & operations, and M&A projects. He started his career working for Amoco Chemicals and BP in operational and sales roles.
Alan has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Emory University.
