Roland Agustin, Jr. currently serves as the General Manager at PCRK Group (Massage Envy) since February 2022 and is a Co-Owner of Dynamis Fitness since August 2020, focusing on guiding individuals through personalized fitness journeys. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager at Crunch Fitness - Appleton from September 2015 to August 2020, where emphasis was placed on creating a motivating gym environment, and as a Coach/Trainer at CrossFit Vanguard from October 2013 to August 2015, dedicated to teaching functional fitness. Additionally, Roland was the Gym Owner at CrossFit Fox Cities from March 2011 to September 2013, building a supportive community for achieving fitness goals. Roland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ashford University and an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
