Mukhamad Husni Mubarak is an experienced HR professional with a focus on recruitment and people development. Currently serving as the Recruitment and People Development Manager at PCP Express since July 2021, Mukhamad has previously held positions as HR & GA Department Head at InOne Smart Technology and ADVAN. Prior experience includes another role as HR & GA Department Head at PT Ori Polytec Composites, where responsibilities involved maintaining job structures and conducting recruitment processes. Earlier in the career, Mukhamad was an HR Generalist at PT Intraco Penta Tbk and worked as a Recruitment Officer at PT OTO Multiartha, focusing on various recruitment initiatives.
