Victor Hugo Jiménez Cruz has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Victor Hugo began their career in 2011 as a Gerente de IT at HT2 Capital Management, where they worked until 2015. Following that, they joined Pointer Mexico as a Software and Develop Sub Manager, serving until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Victor worked as a Freelance Software Engineer before joining Reprints Desk in 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead. Currently, they are employed at PCMS as a Sr. VB.NET Developer, starting in October 2021.

Victor Hugo Jiménez Cruz attended Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they pursued a degree in Ingenieria en Cibernetica y Ciencias de la Computacion. Victor Hugo also obtained additional certifications, including the EF SET English Certificate 76/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in October 2019 and the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in February 2019.
