Kevin Calders has over 25 years of experience in the retail and distribution sectors, currently serving as an Incident / Problem Manager at PCMS Group since February 2015, overseeing operations for clients such as Karstadt in Germany and Princess Autos in Canada. In addition to this role, Kevin has worked as an Implementation Specialist, managing transitions and upgrades of retail systems for various clients, including Karstadt and Brilleland in Norway, since October 2011. Prior experience includes defect management for Marks and Spencer and implementation roles at Flooid and BOOKER, along with a background in procurement at BOOKER and assistant management at ALLIED BREWERIES. Kevin's career began in 1985, complemented by education at St John Payne from 1975 to 1982.
