JoAnn Bedrosian Ryan currently serves as the Senior Director of the PCMA Foundation, a position held since May 2021, where responsibilities include guiding activities aimed at advancing the global Business Events industry through initiatives, research, and educational programs. Prior to this role, JoAnn worked at Maritz Global Events (Experient) from May 2010 to July 2021 as the Director of Business Alliances, overseeing the Experient Sales Network, which included over 130 independent sales team members, focusing on recruitment, training, and coordination efforts.
