Manager, Customer Engagement at PCLaw | Time Matters

Tamara Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tamara began their career as a Front Desk Staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in 1999. Tamara then worked as a Front Desk Staff at Care Station Medical Group from 2001 to 2003, where their responsibilities included data entry and customer service. Tamara then joined CNA Insurance in 2004 as a Claims Technician, where they received comprehensive training and was promoted to Paraprofessional. Tamara'srole involved assisting with Asbestos/Mass Tort lawsuit workups. In 2016, Tamara became an Independent Owner of HeyGirlWorld.com, where they showcased their art and custom gift items. Finally, in 2020, they joined PCLaw | Time Matters as a Customer Support Specialist before being promoted to Manager, Customer Engagement in 2022.

Tamara Mitchell attended Irvington High School from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on College Prep. Following that, they enrolled at Bennett College from 1997 to 1999, majoring in Communication and Media Studies.
