Stephen Horton

Stephen Horton has a range of work experience in various roles. Stephen started as a Customer Service Supervisor at Insurers Administrative Corporation, where they generated and analyzed reports, ensured call metrics were within guidelines, and performed troubleshooting on phone and computer system issues.
