Layla Hainchek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Layla is currently employed at PCI Pharma Services as a Clinical Associate Distribution Project Manager II, a role they started in November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Clinical Associate Distribution Project Manager at the same company from September 2021 to October 2022.
Before joining PCI Pharma Services, Layla worked at Chemtool Incorporated, a Lubrizol Company owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Layla held multiple roles during their tenure, including Quality Assurance Specialist from August 2018 to September 2021, Customer Assistance Representative from December 2015 to September 2021, and Inventory Analyst from June 2014 to November 2015.
Additionally, Layla worked as a Production Coordinator at Cup Pac Packaging, Inc. from September 2011 to June 2014. Prior to that, they completed the "Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement" course on Blinkist through LinkedIn in June 2021. Layla also holds a certification in "Core Problem Solving" from Drive, which they obtained in February 2020. In addition, they have certifications in "8D Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis" and "ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor" from Barish Consulting, both obtained in January 2015.
