Justyna Pinkowska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Justyna is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA, APAC at PCI Pharma Services since February 2023. Prior to this, they were a Senior recruiter - EMEA at Google from January 2022 to November 2022. From March 2021 to December 2021, they served as a Senior Project Analyst - Recruitment at Accenture, and also worked as a Recruiter at the same company from March 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Accenture, Justyna worked as a Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy & Finance Division at Sigmar Recruitment from September 2018 to March 2020. Justyna also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Brightwater from October 2017 to September 2018. Additionally, Justyna has experience as a Finance/Office Manager at Paragon Executive Intelligence from June 2016 to September 2017. Justyna started their career as an Accounting Assistant at University College Dublin, where they worked in the Bursar's Office from September 2007 to February 2016 and from January 2009 to September 2012. In 2014, they also worked as an English Teacher at MLI International Schools for a short period.

Justyna Pinkowska holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. In 2020-2021, they pursued a Diploma in Project Management from University College Dublin.
