Joseph Kostansek III is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality systems and regulatory affairs within the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Director of Clinical Quality Services at PCI Pharma Services since September 2022, Joseph has held key leadership roles at Integra LifeSciences and Insightra Medical, overseeing quality management systems, document control, and complaint investigations. Previous positions include Manager of Quality Systems at Cardinal Health and AllParts Medical (a Philips subsidiary), where management of cGMP compliant systems and regulatory compliance was paramount. Joseph's foundational career at Philips (Invivo Corporation) included various quality engineering roles, allowing for a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, CAPA processes, and audit management. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and has a military background in electrical and electronics maintenance.
