Joe Painter has a diverse work experience starting with an internship at Kegsoft in 2016. Joe worked as part of a team to test and analyze software, as well as create instructional material. In 2018, Joe worked as an R&D Tax Assistant at Haines Watts. From 2019 to 2021, they held roles as a Finance Assistant and an Assistant Management Accountant at Avara Foods. Most recently, Joe worked as a Management Accountant at PCI Pharma Services starting in March 2022.

Joe Painter attended Swansea University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they obtained a CGMA Dip MA certification from CIMA in November 2022.
