Craig Chapman has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Senior Human Resources Manager at PCI Pharma Services since 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Glatfelter, where they served as the Senior HR Manager for Global Supply Chain and UK Operations from 2020 to 2023, the UK Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2020, and the HR Manager for the Caerphilly facility from 2010 to 2020. Craig started their career as an HR Assistant at Veolia in 2010 and worked as an HR Officer at Quinn-Radiators from 2006 to 2010.

Craig Chapman's education history began in 2003 when they attended Swansea University. Craig pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management and completed their studies in 2006. After a gap of a few years, they resumed their education in 2010 at Coleg Gwent, where they obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice in 2011.
