Kip Casto, MBA, currently serves as a Strategic Communications Program Manager at PCI Government Services LLC, specializing in strategic communication as a senior consultant for DCSA. Previous experience includes roles such as Congressional Affairs Senior Consultant Program Manager with the United States Space Force, where Kip conducted comprehensive Congressional analysis and developed communication plans for space issues. Kip also held significant positions in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, United States Department of Defense, and U.S. Coast Guard, demonstrating expertise in project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. An accomplished creative leader, Kip managed diverse projects as the Creative Director/Owner at Art.Human and has a strong educational background with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
