Lei Tian came to PCI in 2006 and since has been very actively engaged in developing, deploying, and supporting PCI solutions with numerous market participants in CAISO, MISO, PJM, ERCOT, and SPP as well as in non-ISO controlled regions. They currently manage development for PCI solutions in the areas of Energy Accounting, Transmission Operation, and Transmission Settlement.
