Ryan Hughes, CSP, serves as an HR Employment Specialist at PCH Hotels & Resorts since November 2015, where responsibilities include screening applications, conducting new hire orientation, managing employment processes, and developing recruitment strategies for challenging positions. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Extra Help Inc as Staffing Development, focusing on customer support, candidate assessment, and establishing business relationships. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Roxie Hart Salon & Spa and Jimmy John's, managing scheduling, inventory, and employee oversight. Ryan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Central Carolina Technical College, earned between 2011 and 2014.
