Freeman Ou is an experienced quality management professional with a background in new product introduction (NPI) and process optimization. Currently serving as Client Quality Manager at PCH International since February 2014, Freeman specializes in NPI Design of Experiments (DOE) setup, DOE data analysis, and process optimization. Prior to this role, Freeman worked as a Project Quality Engineer at OSRAM from September 2010 to February 2014, focusing on NPI quality management. Freeman began the career as a Process Quality Engineer at Advanced Energy from April 2006 to September 2010, where responsibilities included monitoring manufacturing process quality and implementing real-time SPC processes. Freeman holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Science and Technology from South China University of Technology, obtained in 2006.
