Denise Ellia has over three decades of experience in the customer service and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Consumer Technology Manager at Publishers Clearing House since June 1994, Denise has held the position of Senior Manager of Customer Service within the same organization. Prior to this role, Denise worked at CFS Bank (now NYCB) from 1987 to 1994 as Manager of Telecommunications. Denise earned a BA in Business Management with minors in Economics and Psychology from Molloy University, completing studies in 1987.
