Menna Magdy is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at PCE Precision Consulting Engineering since October 2017. In this role, Menna oversees the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, and actively engages with candidates through job fairs, social media, and networking events. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Specialist at PCE, where responsibilities encompassed collaborating with hiring managers to set qualifications and create job advertisements. Menna began the career in human resources at IB Media as a Human Resources Assistant and held prior roles as an Admin & Human Resources Assistant at SAAB Engineering Consulting Office and as a Customer Service Specialist at Quattro. Menna holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Cairo University, obtained in 2013.
