Eleni Koutsopoulos is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in quality assurance and global service management. Since June 2002, Eleni has served as Vice President of Quality Assurance at PCCW GLOBAL Limited, overseeing a global team dedicated to operational integration and enhancing customer experience. Eleni also held the position of Vice President of Global Service Management, where innovation and agility were key in transitioning the organization's focus from traditional connectivity solutions to modern Cloud, Mobility, Security, and Digital Solutions, resulting in improved customer service and increased revenue. Prior to that, Eleni worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Global Crossing from October 1999 to May 2002. Eleni earned a Bachelor's degree from St. John Fisher University in 1999.
