Neal Chapman is an experienced software engineer and manager currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Department Manager at PCA Technology Group since August 2003, where responsibilities include managing a team of 6 to 12 software engineers and overseeing software development projects. Prior to this role, Neal held various positions including Software Development Department Manager and Senior Software Engineer at S. C.
