Lauren Shapiro is currently working as a Counsel at PBS, focusing on digital distribution, music licensing, and data privacy. Prior to this, Shapiro held positions at the Personal Care Products Council as a Senior Staff Counsel and Staff Counsel. Additionally, Lauren has experience as a Special Counsel at Kalorama Partners LLC. Shapiro's legal background includes roles such as Associate Attorney at The Geller Law Group, Law Clerk at American University Washington College of Law, and Legal Intern at various organizations including Discovery Inc and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Goucher College.
