Helen Krohn is an experienced professional in content coordination and operations management, currently serving as the Content & Marketing Resource Coordinator at PBS Reno since November 2023. In this role, Helen directs multiple projects for content creators and the marketing department, focusing on timely and budget-compliant completion. Prior to this, Helen worked as an Onboarding Coordinator at Biamp, overseeing hiring programs and new hire onboarding activities. Helen has also held the position of Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator at Provenance Hotels, where scheduling and communication were optimized for executive efficiency. Additionally, Helen served as the Director, Curator, and Events Manager at the Ford Art Gallery & Mechanical Event Space in Portland, Oregon, managing operations and curating exhibitions for over a decade. Helen earned a Diploma in Hotel Management & Operations from Northern England College of Hotel and Hospitality Science’s in Leeds, England, from September 1996 to August 1999.
