Erin Yates has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as an EXPLORE Coach at Jefferson County Public Schools since June 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing the EXPLORE experience that connects students to suitable career paths and high schools. Previous roles at the same institution include Academic Instructional Coach, Resource Teacher with duties as Magnet Coordinator and Elementary Literacy Coach, and teacher for grades 6-8 Language Arts and 11-12 English. In addition, Erin Yates has been a Kentucky National Faculty member with PBLWorks since March 2022. Educational background includes an Educational Specialist degree in Instructional Leadership and School Administration from Bellarmine University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Louisville.
