Cristina Waldfogel has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Cristina started their career as a teacher at Redlands Unified School District in 1988 and then moved on to become a Principal at Encinitas School District in 1986. Cristina worked as a Teacher and then became a Principal at Del Norte School District C-7 from 1992 to 2002. Following that, they served as Principal at Monte Vista School District from 1994 to 2000. Cristina continued their educational leadership journey as a Principal at Woodland Park School District RE-2 from 2002 to 2012.
